Cancellation & rescheduling policy

You may reschedule or cancel your consultation up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel at least 48 hours before, you will receive a full refund. Payments are non-refundable and rescheduling is not available for late cancellations and no-shows.

Late & no-show policy

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I am happy to accommodate but note that being late will eat into your allotted and booked session time.

You are considered a no-show and your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice. No-shows will not receive a refund and will not be able to reschedule. If you would like to have our reading at a later date, you will need to book a new session.
